This unit includes 2 separate offices & bedrooms in one 14′ x 60’ skidded trailer. Each office comes equipped with a large desk with upper & lower cabinetry, wall mounted TV, water cooler sofa and full size kitchen. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove & microwave.

Inside each bedroom you’ll find a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand & private 3pc washroom. 

This unit comes equipped with a centralized mechanical room with 400gals of water storage, pump & pressure system, central vacuum, combo washer/dryer & LFG furnace.

 Complete with a built in BBQ, this modular unit is constructed on a heavy triple beam skid with a propane encloser holding (2) 400lb propane tanks with a ladder attached that allows roof access. The roof comes pre equipped with a TTRS fall restraint system. The main entry has bi-fold steps.

These units can be constructed with or without roll-shutters.
