Constructed by Alta-fab in 2000, this 12’x56′ skidded well-site features a heavy triple beam build that holds 3 separate offices, private washroom, centralized mechanical room.

Inside each office, will be a desk, chair, oven, fridge, microwave & sink. Plenty of cabinetry space and large window  open to the front of the unit.

The centralized mechanical room holds a 400 gal water holding tank, pump & pressure system, vacuum. The wellsite is heated by an LPG furnace and cooled by a platform mounted AC.

Each large window is equipped with bi-fold shutters for additional protection. A propane enclosure with (2) 400 lb propane tanks and roof access via platform ladder. 

This unit comes equipped with a TTRS fall restraint system.
