Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk & chair, wardrobe & drawers, microwave, mini-fridge and wall mounted TV. 

The dorm features a common laundry room with (3) washer/dryer combos and storage room.  Heated by LPG furnace and cooled by AC, each room comes equipped with baseboard heating as well.

A hallway package consisting of end plug walls, smoke wall, floor & roof panels and interconnections will be sold with the dorm to complete the complex.

This dorm can be sold as is, or serviced by us.
