Built by Alta-Fab in 2024, this (2) unit Texas-Camp features a large kitchen with 3 large fridges, (1) stand-up freezer, 2 microwaves, stove, room for seating area & lounge with 50″ TV. The complex sleeps (10) with shared sleeping in (5) bedrooms, with three (3) piece bathrooms & (2) mechanical rooms featuring 1200gal of water holding storage, Beam vacuums and (2) combo washer & driers. The complex is heated by (2) LPG furnaces and cooled by (2) A/c’s mounted on the propane enclosure.

Roll shutters on each window, built in BBQ with (4) 400LB propane tanks in enclosures with roof access via ladder. The roof is equipped with TTRS fall restraint systems.
