Constructed in 2014, this skidded (2) unit 24’x 60′ recreation split fitness complex features newer finishes inside & out. A large open space complete with fireplace & built-in cabinetry and A separate fitness room apart from the lounge space comes with large windows and rubber floor matting.

Both halves are heated by LPG furnace & cooled by pad mounted Ac’s.
