Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk & chair, wardrobe & drawers, and wall mounted TV. 

The dorm features a common laundry room with (3) washer/dryer combos and storage room.  Heated by LPG furnace and cooled by AC. There is (1) furnace & (1) Hot water tank per unit.

A hallway package consisting of end plug walls, smoke wall, floor & roof panels and interconnections will be sold with the dorm to complete the complex.
