(1) unit is designated for dry, cold and frozen storage, with outside access via garage door for loading & unloading product.

With 5 diner units, this kitchen holds seating capacity for 228 seats and a small managers office. 

Gaining entry into the diner kitchen is through a mudroom/wash-car featuring both women & men’s washrooms, and plenty of coat hooks.
