 This Kitchen diner complex has been revived by our team at Alta-fab. After receiving a full service, clean & test, this 7 unit is ready to be deployed today.

The complex features one unit set for storage and features racking on both sides of the unit, with entry to the bakers portion of the production line. In this box you’ll find a mixer, double convection oven, stainless steel counters, a walk in freezer & large mechanical room.

Off of the bakers production box, you’ll find the main cook-line featuring a 24″ 4 burner grill top with flat top, a char-broiler grill, two double deep fryers, and 4 compartment hot food table as well as a walk in cooler with (2) rooms and at the end of the unit is a dish pit with pass-through dishwasher, triple cell sink and handwashing station.

Next to this you’ll find one box designated for serving line. Inside you’ll find coolers, coffee maker, juice station, large counter space, double pass-through windows to the production line.

The final (3) units, consist of diner space & two private washrooms.
