Constructed by Alta-fab in 2014, the complex was built with mobility in mind with each module build on a heavy triple beam skid allowing for ease of set up. 

A double entry doorway gains access into a mudroom with coat hooks and benches and a managers office attached. The diner portion features seating up to 54, male & female washrooms and cool food pick up with reach in coolers.

Full production kitchen paired behind (2) 4 compartment hot food tables. The kitchen comes equipped with (1) double convection oven, (2) hot foot tables, 36″ grill-top w/ 6 burner stove, (2) frymaster deep fryers, Char-broiler. Separate walk in cooler & freezer and a separated dish pit.

This kitchen comes with plenty of dry storage space complete with racking, and bakers table. 

Heated by LPG furnaces and cooled by (5) skid mounted AC’s and large make up air unit located inside the storage unit.

This complex will come complete with tables, chairs, unit to unit connections and everything that’s required to complex on site.
